  • Taxes not included (Sales and Occupancy tax)

  • There are no telephones available in cabins or cottages.

  • Check in time is 2pm, check out time is 10am. check in for Lakeview Cottage guest must be done at Rosie's Country Cabins.

  • Office hours 8:30am -8pm. Special arrangements must be made prior to arrival date.

  • Extra persons accommodated on sleep sofas, and rollaways will be charged $5 per day or $25 for weekly stays for linen.

  • One day deposit required on all reservations, check or credit card.  Your deposit will be refunded if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.  Deposit will not be refunded, including credit cards charges for "No Shows".  Also No early departure refunds.  Confirmation numbers issued for reservations and cancellations of reservations.

  • Major credit cards accepted (Master, Visa, American Express, Discover).

  • Closed caption and a shake awake/strobe alarm for the hearing impaired are available upon request. A personal check or credit slip will be required as a deposit.

  • TTD unit is available in the office for deaf & hard of hearing.

  • Trolley service to and from village. Turns in front of Country Cabins. Leave care behind and end "no parking problems."

From the South: Follow the Northway (87) to exit 20, at the light, turn left onto Route 9.  We are 2 miles south of the village of Lake George on the left.

Rosie's Lakeview Cottages

Follow the Northway (87) to exit 20, at the light, turn left onto Route 9.  Go two miles to the village of Lake George and turn right onto Route 9L (Waterslide World).  Follow around and cross over Beach Road, located on the left.
